Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between Aurevia AI Private Limited ("Aurevia", "we", "us") and the business customer, user, or entity that accesses or uses the platform ("Customer", "you"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Subject to these Terms and applicable order details, Aurevia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.

Services may include AI-assisted research, moodboards, sketches, 2D graphics, renders, 3D printable workflows, collaboration tools, API access, and related support.

We may modify, improve, or update features from time to time. Where changes materially reduce core functionality, we will provide reasonable notice.

You are responsible for account credentials, user permissions, and all activity by your authorized users. You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract platform source code;
• interfere with platform security, integrity, or performance;
• upload malware or harmful code;
• use the Services to build a competing service;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access except as permitted in writing.

You retain rights in data and materials you upload, including designs, CAD files, technical data, and related content ("Client Data"), subject to rights you grant Aurevia to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Services.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to upload and process your Client Data. You are responsible for the legality, quality, and accuracy of submitted data.

Aurevia and its licensors own all rights in the platform, AI models, software, documentation, and related technology, including all improvements and derivative platform components.

Except for limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

Fees, credits, billing cycles (if any), taxes, and payment terms are as specified in your selected plan, order form, or checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

We may suspend access for overdue balances, security risk, legal non-compliance, or material breach of these Terms.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will protect such information with reasonable care, use it only to perform or receive the Services, and not disclose it except as legally required or explicitly permitted.

Aurevia warrants it will provide Services using commercially reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

AI-generated outputs can vary and may require user validation. You are responsible for review and approval of all generated content and production files before downstream use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or data loss.

Aurevia's aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed fees paid by you to Aurevia for the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You will indemnify Aurevia against claims arising from your Client Data, your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms apply from first use and continue until terminated. Subscription terms, renewals, and notice periods follow your order details.

On termination, access rights end immediately. Outstanding fees remain payable. We may provide a limited data export period after termination, after which data may be deleted per retention policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory protections.

These Terms, together with incorporated order details and policies, are the entire agreement regarding the Services. If a provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect.
